RYPEN
The Rotary Youth Program of ENrichment is an annual 4-day camp for aspiring leaders aged 14-18. This once-in-a-lifetime event is free to participants and sponsored by Rotary Clubs across District 5370. RYPEN takes place at a camp on the Teen Time Ranch.

Possibilities
RYPEN supports youth to find their voice, take leadership, explore other leadership opportunities, and make a difference in their community. All camp leaders are previous attendees, inspired by their camp experiences to continue their journey as growing leaders.
RYPEN is a 4-day camp for full-time students between the ages of 14 and 18 (grades 9-12). The objective of the camp is to encourage personal growth and to bring about a happy and productive youth who is a positive role model in their community and to their peers. It is hosted by the RYPEN Committee in partnership with local Rotary Clubs across Rotary International District 5370.
This year, it will be held from May 8th to May 11th, 2025 at Teen Time Ranch, Range Road 253, Dapp, AB (north of Westlock).

The Rotary Club in Spruce Grove are providing full sponsorship for youth from our area to attend RYPEN. Applications for sponsorship must be completed by mid-April and successful candidates will be notified.

What to Expect at RYPEN

RYPEN focuses on experiential learning opportunities over the course of the 4 day experience emphasizing personal development, building positive self image and confidence, communication skills, an understanding of how to set and achieve goals, challenging personal boundaries, taking control of your own future, building friendships, and developing life skills. You can expect to work cooperatively through hands-on workshops and fun challenges.
Above all, you can expect to form tight networks with other youth who also aspire to be amazing humans. RYPEN will provide you with cabin accommodations, and food during the camp.
